Gaining Weight And Adding Muscle

While most of us nowadays struggle to lose weight, there are some people who feel that they’re too skinny-looking and want to put on weight.
Are You Too Skinny?
Sure… that gaunt, skinny look isn’t a healthy look either, and could actually be a sign of malnutrition.

Putting on weight, in cases such as these, is a worthy goal.

But first things first: what KIND of weight-gain should she be pursuing?

If you’re not sure if you’re too skinny and should gain weight… or even if you’re not trying to gain fat, but you’d like to avoid that ‘skinny-fat’ appearance after you’ve lost weight and want to make sure you’re moving in the right direction towards that toned and fit look, then take a few moments to check this out:

Before trying to add fat to your body, find out if that’s really what you’re after. Fat is a lot easier to put on than it is to take off, and if you go overboard and put on too much you may wind up with a physical appearance you weren’t trying to achieve after all. Get your body fat percentage tested before deciding to start consuming excess calories to solve a ‘skinny’ appearance.
