They’re called “Triceps Plank Push-ups”.

And, even though you’re only bending at the elbow during this exercise, you also engage many of your other muscle groups for stability and support.

Not only will you work your triceps hard, but you also work your core, shoulders, chest, back and legs. It’s a great full-body exercise.

This is how to do Triceps Plank Push-ups:

If you’re not strong enough yet to perform your Triceps Plank Push-ups from your toes, then start with your knees and work on it until you’re strong enough to perform it from your toes.

Enjoy the pump you’ll feel in your triceps as well as the bonus full-body workout you get with this awesome exercise.
