Renegade Rows are a fantastic full-body compound exercise that works your back, your shoulders, your arms and your legs all at once.

If you can keep your torso solid, stable, contracted and unmoving while you perform this exercise you’ll be working your core in a way that many other ab exercises just can’t accomplish.

Get a set of ripped abdominals as well as giving the rest of your body a solid workout while you do some Renegade Rows!

Here’s how to do them:

To make this exercise most effective, make sure your feet are as close together as possible and don’t swing your butt to the sides as you lift.
