Imprints

Imprints are an excellent way to build your abdominal muscles for a tighter looking waist.

But the FUN thing about Imprints is that there’s more than one variation.

Start with the easiest variation and, as you get stronger, progress to the more difficult variations to continue to strengthen your core and tighten your midsection.

How far you can progress is really only limited by how heavy a dumbbell you can lift while doing the advanced version of Imprints.

Try this awesome core exercise with your next workout:

Hit the floor and see how many of the different variations of Imprints you can do in a row. Do as many reps as you can before you hit failure and feel your core muscles tightening and strengthening as you go.
