When it’s time for your next cardio workout, try doing some circuit training with awesome bodyweight exercises like Burpees.

Burpees are an incredible full-body exercise that really gets your heart rate up in a hurry. They’re perfect for cardio workouts.

But, they have a lot of different moves all inside one nifty exercise so they’re a little bit complicated.

So, what exactly IS a ‘Burpee’? And how do you do one properly?

Glad you asked. This is how to do Burpees:

Make your Burpees even more challenging by adding a Push-up when you’re in the extended Squat Thrust position before jumping your feet back under yourself.

With or without the Push-up added, Burpees will really get your heart rate up and give you an awesome cardio workout.

***This is a timed exercise, so you’ll need a good timer. This is the one I use: Gymboss Timers
